I'm a bit worried myself but not so much about overeating but undereating. I am flying to visit my family on Christmas Eve so I will not be bring any food with me and the grocery stores will be closed. I am a vegetarian surrounded by carnivores and I have mentioned this to my Mom and am hoping there will be some vegetable…

I'll often ask for a few wedges of lemon and squeeze them on top with some fresh ground pepper.

I buy mine in Costco in a big bag and they are so much cheaper!

Waving my hand in the air - hate it (juiced, salad, blain, broiled, brown sugar), don't like it anyway, Sam I am!

I am totally going to hike the West Coast Trail, and since I will be carrying a huge backpack for 5 days I can't be carrying a bunch of extra weight around my middle. I have also promised my daughter to do Mother & Daughter surf camp this summer (2013).
-
My starting weight was 280lbs, I currently weigh about 168lbs, and my goal weight is about 130lbs (give or take 5lbs). I cannot believe that I am less then 40lbs away now. The last time I even weighed in the 160s was when I was 20, nearly 15 years ago.

Had a very skinny ex husband and than a very chubby boyfriend, I was fat with both of them, hence I can't blame it on them!

Any sort of hummus (my favourite, garlic, roasted red pepper and feta hummus) and a spicy carrot dip (made from roasted carrots).

I have a bite of my daughters, and that one bite is just enough. I call it the cookie tax!

Ohhhh, I remember seeing pictures of ladies lined up in those jiggle-belt machines. Priceless!
-
You're doing great, can't wait to see you at goal!
-
You look awesome, just shows the importance of diet and exercise!
-
You look like a different person and 100lbs lost, what an accomplishment. We have about the same to lose and I', just narrowing in on my final 40lbs, 2013 is going to be a banner year. See you at goal!
-
My lord, you look great and have legs that go on for miles. Fabulous work!
-
Love the sassy little after pose, great jacket and great new look!

Well, I stepped on my scale this morning and for the first time in 15 years or since I was 20 I am firmly in the 160s. I started at 280lbs in March 2012 and have now lost over 110lbs (don't update my clicker until next Sunday). Not my best picture but my daughter said I looked like a school teacher this morning and snapped…

This is an absolutely stunning transformation. I wish I had more words, but all I can say is stunning!!!
-
You look amazing and what a transformation!!
-
It is most definitely possible!! I am 35 years old and have been obese since I was 20 and morbidly obese for at least 10 years. My starting weight was 280 and I have lost 110lbs to date (since March of this year) and have 40lbs more to go. Was it easy, NO. Did I work a certain program or follow a plan, NO. Do I count…

Everything and anything is better with a smattering of hummus. I make at least 1 huge batch a week and am always changing up my recipe.

It is all about the heat and having the fryer at the right temperature depending on what is being fried. Always start about 10 degrees hotter when you drop the food in to leave some wiggle room for temperature drop to minimize our food sopping up the oil in those first few minutes.

Your transformation is amazing and you are so photogenic, great job!
-
Love your red dress, it sparkles to match your smile! Great job!

You have nothing to be embarrassed about, look at how much you have already accomplished, and it sounds like you have some great friends!
