What a nice Christmas present! Today marks 10kg (22 lb's) total loss for me.
I'm 5'7 (175 cm's) and live a pretty sedentary lifestyle as a lover of technology
This is me at my heaviest, 87.5kg's (192.9 lb's) a year ago.

I made a change and started a protein diet based off bodytrim but with more carbs which I bumped up my metabolism and achieved a loss of 6 kg's (11 lb's). I lost motivation and managed to maintain around that weight.
I then came back to MFP after a few months and am now back on track into a healthier lifestyle!

(The dress isn't very flattering but it's 40C here today, does my expression reflect that? lol)
I now weigh 77.5 kg's (170.8 lb's) and I would like to get down to 70 kg's (154.3 lb's) but I'm so happy that I have finally achieved my first goal. It suddenly feels real, I can actually achieve the body I want!
I thought I'd post this up because I remember being that 87.5 girl and thinking I could never be slimmer, it was too hard, my body shape wouldn't allow me to do it, the cravings would be too much, the exercise would be too hard. But I could and I did and I will. So anyone else out there who's struggling, I hope this gives you some hope/motivation/excitement about your own weightloss because you can! You are! and you will!
I'm about to make a post to my MFP pals but if any of you see this before I do, thank you so much for being so positive and encouraging. You're all such beautiful people and I'm glad I've found you on here x
