maybe the settings aren't at a good level for you (resistance). also, i feel it in a different part of my legs when i use the elliptical (as opposed to treadmill) maybe your muscles there arent as developed? good luck. if anything, as someone who works there or is on the machine next to you.

well not all pre-packaged foods are that bad for you. of course some are and of course you should do things in moderation, but the whole idea of lean cuisine meals wasn't my main point.

yeah i know that but it's one of my "bad" foods. Yes, an organic or homemade pizza is better. But I wasn't trying to advise that people eat lean cuisine. Once in a while i do enjoy lean cuisine foods. Mostly, I meant that you can top your pizza with veggies, add veggies to pasta, and make more foods calorie-dense.

why did you quote "lean cuisine pizzas" they dont have trans fats and arent artificial theyre just smaller portions. They have calories. I mean with any pizza really, and i do not eat them on a daily basis. I'm saying that you can make you foods more calorie dense to sustain energy.

well all bodily functions need water but 8 glasses is just recommended. Your body does need water but it's 8 give or take.

it's fine, but don't chew a pack per day or anything crazy because it has sugar alcohols which are very bad for your health.

eat the skin, it's very healthy. potatoes are technically a vegetable, but they are very starchy which makes them unhealthy. Try to cut down on eating them too often but you need not cut them out all together :)

it's not a theory. men do usually lose weight faster. a womans body has more fat than a mans. it's rly annoying and it's the same thing with my parents. My mom would diet for 3 months and lose maybe a pound and my dad would diet for 2 weeks and lose 10.

yeah that happened to me after i had gone to the gym for a week straight. I finally felt on track and then I got sick. You should just take it easy and be careful not to overeat while your sick. Sometimes I'll lay on my couch when I'm sick and I'll just keep eating.. be careful to watch it. Feel better! and good luck!

I burned 600 on the elliptical today only to eat my weight in cookies later. I went to a holiday party and ate 3 latkes and 2 1/2 cookies.. -_- woops. well i guess i will just keep up my daily elliptical workout as well. GOOD LUCK!
