1) When did you first notice you didnt like your body, didnt have energy, etc.
2)What made you notice it?
3) What is your motivation to lose weight and get healthy?
4)Who is your inspiration?
5)What is your goal?
6)When you reach your goal, how are you going to keep it off?
I ask my self these questions all the time and i think they really help keep my focus. These will remind you to stay on track and diet and exercise to be healthy for life, not just for the moment cuz everyone gets those moments when they want to lose fast and it doesn't work out in the end. Dont discourage yourself and dont let anyone else do it either. Good luck!!!

I ask myself some of the same questions while i eat but when I workout I only think about my answers: I want to lose weight because I don't like how I look, I want to be healthier, I want to have more control over my diet and exercise. I do it for me, I do it for my boyfriend. I want to keep the weight off and get on track with my diet and exercise for life.0
