Hello Everyone, I'm Liz and live in London. I would love to lose 20 by end of 2014. I strive to eat a balanced diet, walk as much as I can and go to a weekly Pilates class. Hi Everyone, I am currently 207 lbs. Fell off the wagon over the weekend so haven't weighed myself since last week. Might be brave enough to do it tomorrow morning!! Lost 13 lbs since Easter. Thank you. I am now on Warfarin to thin my blood and statins to lower my cholesterol. I get my blood regularly checked. I been seen and discharged by both cardiologist and neurologist. I see a haematologist every 6 months. Not one of them mentioned that I should eat more healthily, do some exercise and shift some pounds.…

Okay thanks for that - the mist is clearing. I see that some eat back those calories whilst majority don't at all or only eat back half those calories

Its Daily Energy Expenditure Estimate. I just googled it. Then worked out that my daily allowance should be 1900. Right now its 1450 based om MFP's calculations. Hey I am now just as confused as you are!
