Yup! Can barely stand let alone eat on the first day due to the intense pains I get but after that, chocolate mainly (but that is my weakness most days) and just food in general lol. Now I'm thinking of it, I do crave a lot of carbs. Last month I developed a thing for eggs with marmite on toast.

'I only have one more day of this torture left, lol.' I don't care if this diet made me lose 10lb per week, if it's torture I would rather stay as I am and lose weight at a slower and sustainable rate.

I'm doing pretty well, 12lb lost so far since mid Jan. A typical day for me is: Breakfast - Special K or Shreddies with low fat milk, at the weekends soft boiled eggs and wholemeal toast. Coffee with creamer. Lunch - Wholemeal pitta with chicken slices, avocado, mixed salad and hot sauce Dinner - Salmon, Chicken or Steak…

Well I have cals left over tonight so I'm having a cup of tea and some Nairns Fruit and Spice Oat Biscuits - yum! But I normally have an avocado. I am addicted to them

Thanks for taking the time to post this. I'm a brand new runner, only started in January, so this is helpful for me. Thank you

I don't understand, why can't you sleep with your hair just down?? My hair is very long and I don't do anything with it. I just get into bed, put my head on the pillow and...sleep
-
Actually, this is true - I hadn't noticed before but you really do look lovely in navy blue. It's the hair that does it. Go for the blue

How about something like this? It would look fabulous with nude/cream shoes and bag: http://euro.dorothyperkins.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?beginIndex=61&viewAllFlag=&catalogId=34070&storeId=13064&productId=8999570&langId=-1&sort_field=Relevance&categoryId=337175&parent_categoryId=337157&pageSize=20

The golden rule is never to wear white at a wedding unless you are the bride. It's a beautiful dress but not for a wedding, sorry.

I am not due a cheat day but when it's time, I would like an Indian takeaway with a lamb jalfrezi, pilau rice, onion bhaji, garlic naan bread, saag aloo and bombay potatoes. Washed down with a can of full fat coke. Yes, I would eat all of that. And go back for seconds. And have some chili chocolate for desert.

I don't bother to lie to people and tell them I can see a difference if I can't. So I am not syaing this make you feel better! I can totally see a difference, the best one is the last one from the side - I see it in your tummy and you're looking great

Sorry, I don't mean to be miserable. I actually normally have a great sense of humour believe it or not  It's just something I feel strongly about so it upsets me when animal cruelty gets joked about. I'm not out to cause an arguement, just didn't like the post.
-
True, I live in Ireland and there are cattle everywhere and they look to have lovely lives. However they are the lucky ones. Not all animals are raised this way. I also see farms where chickens are running around, pecking away at the corn and happy. We don't get to see the ones in cages though, they are hidden away
-
Oh do go away. To be ignorant to animal cruelty is one thing, some people genuinely don't know how badly animals can be treated. To take the p*** is another.

I am a meat eater. I have an enormous amount of respect for the vegetarians that eat that way for ethical reasons. I'm kind of torn over this. I went veggie in 2011 and made it through for 6 months. It was hell, I felt weak and hungry a lot of the time and my diet consisted of mainly cheese sandwiches. This was my own…

Oopsie, double post - sorry

Hey all :flowerforyou: I'm doing day 3 of Level 1 tonight. Done days 1 and 2 on Wednesday and Thurday, took yesterday as a rest day (I also run in the week). I'm loving the workout so far, can't wait to get to level 2 - I took some pics of myself this morning so I have something to compare at the end of the 30DS - I will…

Stay at school, get a degree. Don't move to Ireland. Go to Australia.

Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I've heard you can get the workouts on youtube, I got the DVD for only €5 on Amazon. She does 3 circuits, each one consists of 3 minutes Strength, 2 minutes Cardio and 1 minute abs. If you search the forums you'll find a great thread with before and after pictures from doing the 30DS. You…

This thread is bad, some people have thigh gaps without wanting one or trying to get one. How nice of you to say you find them unattractive.

I thought...Rhianna! Lol, I know it's a small picture and maybe you look nothing like her lol, it's just what I thought  ETA - this comment was for onegeorgiapea, not the guy that beat me to the comments

 Great response

WOAH! You do this EVERY week day? You must be super fit!

Congratulations Sazzle. I've heard you're meant to increase your daily calories by around 300 when pregnant. However the best thing to do it probably ask your doctor who will be able to judge your needs individually. Wishing you a happy and healthy pregnancy :flowerforyou:

They're both crap sorry

Yeah! This is great to read as I'm doing the 30DS at the moment and I'm only using the poxy 2lb hand weights and I'm struggling lol! It's good to know I'll soon be getting into the heavier ones  Well done you! Great NSV
