Try it. If you find that one of the days it is a little too much, then go back to the day before. If it's not for you, then stop. But who knows, you might love it!

I never done a training plan for a 5k - I just started walking with a local running club and each week tried to jog for a little longer than I did before. Eventually I could do 4k without stopping (although very, very slowly!) and I went along to a 5k to see how I would get on. I did have to walk some of it but I still…

I'm not speaking from experience, but from a lot of what I've learned on here I'm guessing some weight training would help. Please don't lose any more weight! And don't restrict carbs either - your body needs them.

Totally agree, this is something I was only thinking about the other day. There was a picture of an overweight girl on Facebook, posted from a page, it wasn't a friend or anything - she was dressed in sexy underwear and men and women were 'rating' her. Weight gain and spots were my symptoms. Also excruciating pains every month, I had to take the day off work in March as I couldn't stand up, the pain was that bad.

I get hit on a lot but it's always by really ugly men who would hit on ANYONE out of pure desperation, or total weirdo's. So I don't take it as a compliment; I don't think a truly hot guy has ever checked me out :sad:

I have nice legs! Now they're more toned I'm loving them - I hated them before but now they look thin, toned and surprisingly longer. I even have a short dress on today and heels, because I wanted to show them off :laugh:

I was still hungry last night after eating my dinner. So I done a 20 minute Jillian Michaels video from Youtube, I then had enough calories for a snack. Sometimes though a cup of tea or a glass of water can take away my hunger, it's worth drinking something before you eat to see if it helps.

Yay! Finally got the pic to work...I hope this gives you some perspective, 1lb is a great loss. If you manage to consistently lose 1lb each week, you will be 24lb lighter by October and 32lb by Christmas - that's a LOT of weight! Have patience, or you will never succeed.
