BUMPING this as I want to see more! And the Americans weren't online when I posted earlier  Come on ladies, don't be shy...

I really don't get logging stuff like this - surely you used to do washing before you started eating properly? In my opinion you should only log stuff that you actually need to change your clothes or shoes for, something you planned to do for the specific goal of burning calories.

The 30DS is great, you'll love it! In saying that I haven't got past Level 1 yet but it's still enjoyable  You're looking fab, love the white dress, thanks so much for posting

Wow, if that's your Before pic ,I look forward to August when I can see your After!

YES, this is the kind of motivation I need! I'm also 5'3, thanks so much for posting. You look great in that bikini. I'm also pleased to hear you got this body through lifting as I plan to start soon so it's nice to see what I could end up with if I work hard! How often do you lift?

U2 - I just don't get it. The only half decent song they have is One Love and even that is only just acceptable. I only actually like it when I hear someone else play it, like the band that play in our local at the weekends. Adele and the Rolling Stones are 2 others that are mega popular and not my cup of tea. With Adele…

I saw this at the theatre a few weeks ago, sobbed my little heart out. The author, Mitch Albom, writes some incredibly moving books. I saw The Elephant Man as a child as was very affected by that. And I haven't seen the full film but Human Centipede is pretty disturbing...it's just so f***** up!

I started out on 1200 and now I'm up to 1452 which was worked out using BMR and TDEE calculators online. Look them up. And read the In Place of a Road Map thread on here which explains it all.

Wow the things he said to you are shocking :brokenheart: It would be difficult for me to say those things to someone I didn't like very much, let alone someone I supposedly love and may marry one day! You poor girl. You so don't deserve that. His family sound like total c-u-next tuesdays, remember they will be your in-laws…

There wasn't really one particular moment for me, just a growing knowledge that I was putting on weight. My clothes started looking crap on me and I really noticed my face looking fat in pics - so as many people do, I made a new years resolution to lose weight and get fit. I do that every year, this is the first time I've…

What on earth does your friend stealing from you have to do with your weight??? :noway: By the time you have saved for, had and recovered from gastric band surgery you could have lost the weight naturally and in a far healthier way. Maybe you should do that and donate your thousands to some children or animals who are…

I have definitely turned into a food snob since starting this journey and I do judge people now. I would never say it out loud to someone or let on in any way what I'm thinking, but when I see other people that are clearly overweight, buying junk at the supermarket I'm there mentally working out how many calories they're…

Your HUSBAND says these things to you? Wow...I'm sorry to hear that. That's not good. That sounds like more than an effort to sabotage your weightloss, he just sounds like an a**hole. It's upset me to read that

I'm just gonna be annoying and throw in an Irish one here 'Acting the maggot' - when someone is misbehaving. ''Stop acting the maggot!' I'm English and when I moved to Ireland this tickled me as I never though of maggots as particularly naughty

It's only 9 quid, go for it. I have a 'motivation dress' it's a lovely little white strapless number, the kind you'd wear at the end of a holiday when you have your tan. I bought it for my honeymoon in 2011, it didn't fit by the time that came round, it hasn't fit me since. I put in on every couple of weeks. I am telling…

Totally agree, there are some lovely meals you can make for very low cal, that's why I'm annoyed at all the people coming on here to be negative!
-
Eurgh, why are there so many annoying people coming on here to say 300 cals is a snack and not a meal? Go away! Why come onto a 300 calorie meal thread if just to be negative? It doesn't mean we eat 300 cals for EVERY meal - sometimes I could have a super large breakfast and therefore need a light lunch or dinner. This…

I have a chocolate protein shake every evening, regardless of having worked out or not. My reasons are: - My macros are set to 40/30/30 and a protein shake helps me to hit my daily protein goals - It helps repair muscle on the days I do work out - It takes away the chocolate craving that I always seems to have, if I make…

I love avocados so much that I'm actually in mourning for your butchered one  Give them another go as they are so super healthy! When I buy mine I usually wait 2 a day or 2 before eating them, they ripen up at home. I hope you like them - I am possibly addicted to avocados.

I find that when people want to lose weight, they tend to head straight for the gym. I dont get the obsession with it, there are so many ways and places to work out - gyms are boring!! I would suggest you try some other forms of exercise - C25K, Swimming, Jillian Michaels 30DS, Insanity, Yoga...these are all things that…

Running is a fantastic way to burn calories however it's important to remember that it's your diet that will mostly dictate your weightloss. I haven't personally seen any toning from running, I plan to start lifting soon for this reason.

Working (or should I say, pretending to...) :grumble: And also pondering what to consume for dinner tonight.

Your legs are to die for in that last pic - you are looking hot! I need friends like you to keep me motivated, sending you an add now

Sorry that you had to hear that from him, it must have really hurt. However, he has told you how he feels and you have to face the reality that you are unattractive to him at the moment. So you either do something about it or you break up with him. Because just carrying on as you are is not an option - I personally think…
