Can I get some help? I've been eating 1343 cals for a few weeks now, I upped this from 1200 after being told to work out my TDEE and minus 20%. I thought I was doing right but now I've just realised the 1343 is lower than my BMR which I've just worked out to be 1412. So - I guess I should be upping my cals to 1412 a day…

800 cals is WAY too low...you need to eat more. Google TDEE or search the forums here for 'In Place of a Road Map' - this will help you set your daily goals to be healthy and keep you full whilst still losing weight.

Same problem here - I brush bicarbonate of soda thorugh it it in the mornings, it does the same job as dry shampoo. Still doesn't feel fresh but it takes the greasy look away. Hate the feeling of dirty hair though :sad:

I have read that Peppermint Tea is good for a bloated tummy, drink it after each meal. I can't personally recommend it as I haven't tried it for that purpose, although it is very yummy so you should have no problem taking it :smile:
