Is it just a scratch, or are you giving it a tug to keep it fully extended and out of the shell? Baseball players do that all the time on TV with no problem. Just scratch, tug, adjust, whatever and wherever. However, no more than three tugs or shakes to avoid being considered master.....

It can save on the food bill. Buy food-chew-swallow-regurgitate like a bird- put in refrigerator. Next meal-eat regurgitated and now predigested shake-regurgitate. Anyone with this device want to experiment on how many regurgitations can be done? (I was fighting hunger pains- no problem now).

This. You lose all over. Look to your joints, especially inside elbow to see changes. Use measuring tape for belly because it is hard to see changes there. You are leaving one thing out- will power or control. The low glycemic diet and low carb diets are far easier to stay on because they take less willpower to control hunger. Hunger pains caused by eating low glycemic carbs are very difficult to control.
