I found an overall energy increase which was especially helpful for keeping up with a toddler. I noticed that overall I have more energy and less mood swings when taking the ultra mega but I don't know if that's mind over matter. :wink:

I usually have to wait until the day that it finishes. But have you tried an iron supplement? Since taking mine it's helped with more than just bloating - while I may feel horrible I don't look it. Something to consider :)

I use tzatziki in my tuna. It has more flavor and over all I find better for you. Don't go over board when mixing though! :)

I think that 125 for 5"2 is achieveable and maintainable.
