I'm on day 19 of my third round of 30DS - sounds like the majority of us have or are doing the Shred. I thought it would be a good stepping off stone for BFBM. I was only planning on BFBM but how do people feel about 5 days of BFBM and one day of Shred and one day off a week? If it sounds good to everyone add me as a…

All the time. All the time. What's worse is that my husband does these things for me to have "treats" and then comments about how skinny I was when we first met as I was barely over 100lbs and over exercising and miserable so I try to take it with a grain of salt but it's quite discouraging especially because heaven forbid…

LOL yes but that's exactly what I want ;) I've been ever size from a double A to a DD when pregnant/nursing. On the really positive side to your loss you've probably shrunk your band size more than anything. Go out and get resized and buy a new bra ASAP! It will make you feel so much better about your shrinking ladies and…

Way to GO! I'm on my third round of 30DS, Day 13 and hoping for the same results I achieved on my first round. Keep up the great work!

I monitor my fiber and protein but check in on everything once a day. I don't really factor sodium into the equation only because I don't eat alot of prepackaged or prepared foods and I have very low blood pressure. But fiber is friend!

Someone may have already written this but I such a good laugh this morning that I wanted to reply: Woman will lose weight in their crotch or rather the area will be less puffy as your weight loss takes pressure off the area from your hips, stomach etc and men - for every 10lbs you are over your goal weight you lose an…

Push ups. Assisted or on your toes. Push ups will do amazing things for your overall tone and back. The reality is you can't really target one area to lose from so keep going on your goals and fitness plan and you'll lose the back chubs :)

I lose in my chest first but since having a baby and nursing I didn't think I'd find these long lost friends again - happily I think they look better than they did in my teens but I'm a huge fan of push ups and chest flies to keep them perky and small! (I've been every size from a AA to E).

It's been stated over and over but thanks for posting and helping put the journey in perspective. I've been calling my last bit of weight my vanity pounds mainly because whatever the scales says really only makes a difference to me so I've been sticking to measurements as a true reflection of what's changing. Vanity or…

I had mine at moderate when I first joined but found I was just maintaining not losing. I've since hanged to lightly active but with a calorie consumption of 1300. I do still consider myself moderately active (I work part time as a flight attendant and those days I'm on my feet nonstop) but I don't chart regular activities…

I worked as a lingerie consultant for four years and I will say that although it sucks to spent money on a bra that pretty much no one other than yourself will love and appreciate - invest in a good sports bra. Your ladies are there for life and once you break the elastic band that supports them, you don't get that back. I…

If you make your smoothies with strictly vegetables and fruits and plain yogurt, you're laughing! You can also make protein powder shakes and add in your own frozen fruits and berries. Depending on my dairy intake for the day I enjoy 200ml of cold milk, a scoop of protein powder and 1 cup of mixed berries blended together.…

The BMI doesn't lie. There's no doubt you could reach your 100lbs but you can tone and reach your ideal self without losing any more weight. Speaking from experience: I'm 5"4 and a bit and 5 years ago I, through strictly exercise I dropped to 105lbs. I didn't think anything of it because I was eating like a horse but I was…

I measure right at my belly button but I also measure my chest, rib cage and widest part of my hips :)

I started a couple of days earlier than the 10th but I'm on this journey with all of you! Hope you're seeing big results!

A trick I learned from Lone Star is that most restaurants make their fajitia shells thick enough that you can actually peel them apart and make two from one which is a nice surprise because then you may have your fajitias and eat them too! I would go with the faijitia - as long as you can make your own. You can also ask…
