Zucchini Pizza's! Cut a zucchini in half long ways. Sprinkle with salt pepper and garlic powder Top with some diced tomatoes and some shredded cheese of your choice Bake until the cheese is melted and zucchini softens up to your liking. AMAZING, they even smell like pizza.
