I fit into this pair of jeans that I bought MONTHS ago! They were way, way, way to small when I purchased them. :D

Yes! I have been on a 1200/day calorie diet for 6&1/2 months now. I was losing weight steadily but I kept reading that I was hurting myself by not eating 15 or 20 % below my tdee. Best: You look amazing and we are really proud of you! Best#2: My husband telling me he thought I was perfect before but he really loves my new body. :) Worst: You are becoming anorexic.( I am 5'3 and currently 145lbs) O.o Worst#2: What did you take to lose the weight?

I just purchased the FT4 yesterday. Waiting on it to be delivered I did some reading up before purchasing and if you just want basic heart rate monitor that is reliable and easy to use the ft4 has great reviews. The biggest difference in the two is the ft4 stores 10 sessions and the ft7 stores 99 workout sessions!

Yes I went with the lower amount but in the long run I don't want to hurt myself by eating too few of my calories back. & thanks that is probably the best thing I could do is get a heart rate monitor!

All I did was stick to what I was doing and eventually the weight started coming off again. I eat 1200 calories a day & today is my 115th day on my diet. I have lost 30lbs so far. Progress speeds up &…
