I was a stay at home mom for the first year and half of my daughters life. She's 2 now and for the past 6 months I've been in a RN program. I lost 50 lbs using MFP in 2013 but after having my baby I struggled up and down. I've recently finally started using it religiously and weighing all of my foods. I'm down about 9 lbs…

I see it! Keep up the great work!

Hey! I had a baby 2 years ago, lost 30 lbs, started nursing school and gained 20 lbs. I seriously need motivated people. I log, I'm over 700 days logging so I'll add you!!

I just found this, I'm an RN student that's coming up on the end of my first semester. I have a toddler and a lot of personal problems happened when I started school this January. I gained around 20 lbs!!!

I recently bought the discontinued Up24. I absolutely love it. You can get them for around $25 everywhere online! Love, love, love it! My husband loves his too!

Just for today... I'm going to make sure I stay under my calorie goal today and drink my water. I will also do some stretches and try to work some of the stiffness from yesterday's run off.

I just want to add that I lost 50 lbs in 2013. After being pregnant and having my baby in 2014 I'm still struggling. My daughter is almost 2 and still breastfeeds. I was actually gaining weight when I first started breastfeeding. :( I have to work a lot harder to get the weight down when I'm breastfeeding than normal.

I am about to hit 18 months PP and due to breastfeeding I'm still not back to my old self yet :'(

I was able to go up in weight during my lifting session this afternoon! 30 lb dumbbell snatches

I'm currently on stage 3. I've done both A and B one time. I am not a fan of the Romanian deadlift row combo. No matter how light I went to make sure my posture was right I still felt it in my lower back. That scares me, I'm afraid I'll hurt myself so I'm going to really watch those and be cautious. I also don't like the…

I agree with the above answer, there is no such thing as spot reduction. Just continue to lose fat and it will eventually come off there too. Everyone's body loses from different places first. I also lose from my belly last. I would advise some heavy lifting added in if you aren't already. Lifting helped me tremendously to…

congrats! i know how hard baby weight can be to get off. I'm 9 months PP and fighting the same battle. keep up the good work!

If you run, go get fitted and buy a pair of nice running shoes at a running store. I always workout better in a new outfit too!

I've totally done the hot chocolate powder before. :/

I had my baby in May. We are ebf too. I tried adding the extra 300 cals a day and I actually starting gaining weight. I kept slowly lowering my calories. And I now eat around 1400 calories everyday. I am 5'3 and I got up to 176 lbs after I had my baby. I've lost 16 lbs since and my supply is fine! I try to eat healthy and…

Hey! I'm Tiffany. I lost 47 lbs last year and was lifting heavy to get muscle. Then I got pregnant and gained it all back!!! I'm down 25 lbs and have 20.5 lbs to go! I'm 23 years old btw!

I decided to try week 6 day 1 and I completed no problem so maybe I just had a bad day last time. Oh well, I'm excited I was able to move forward :)

Thank you :) some encouragement is really what I needed. You're right, I'm just being to hard on myself.

Commenting because this is hilarious... ;)

I'm 5'3. Started in 2012 at 185 lbs.. got down to 140. Got pregnant and I'm now losing again. Back at 170 for the moment but the weight is coming off and I'm doing c25k. I did NROLFW last year and can't wait to start back :)

Week 3 day 1 complete!

I always make a shake.. chocolate protein powder with chocolate frozen yogurt. Yummy. Just make sure you have the calories for it.

I lost 48 lbs last year and was a good ways through when I got pregnant and had to stop due to complications. I am very determined to get back down and start back NROLFW . Until then I'm doing C25K and I'm just wanting some fun comparisons. Ive never been a runner so I suspected slow times and I'm ok as long as I see…

I did complete it entirely. I'm just curious for curiosities sake. :)

Thank you ladies. I'll try to give it some time but I plan on breastfeeding a year at least and would rather not remain so much over my previous weight. I started some cardio back and will hopefully start by weight training as well. Maybe that'll kick off what I need. Even at the 1650 cals/day my supply is still doing…

I agree with the above comment of it all being about portion control! :)

Hello :) I am 5'3 and I started off at a weight of 185 lbs when joining MFP last year. During the first 7 or 8 months I ate at a 1200 cal/day diet. I didn't really exercise much though so I dealt with the low calories well. After hitting a plateau I decided to switch things up. I am currently at around 140 lbs but I have…
