Any ladies who are 5`3 and 140 lbs

I started at 155 and I am now down to 140.Hwever I ams till not happy with my body as I still have thick thighs and little bit of belly fat so I want to lose 20 more lbs .hopefully my thighs will shrink and get a flat stomach?

Hello. I am 5'3 and just over 140. I looked fine at 130. I didn't have any belly fat. My thighs are a bit thick but that's the way I'm built. Was the same when I was 120.

Hey! I am also 5'3. My highest weight was 143 and I am currently 130 and my goal weight is 110! We can do it xxx I am looking for friends at similar height just because the calorie allowance will be so so similar So add me peeps!0

(Even though my name is Johnny I am a girl) I am 5'3" and started at 146 about 5 weeks ago and am now down to 139. Ultimately I would like to get down to 120 with pretty high muscle mass. It's difficult being overweight especially when you're this short, I feel like it just makes me look that much heavier.0

I'm 5'3. Started in 2012 at 185 lbs.. got down to 140. Got pregnant and I'm now losing again. Back at 170 for the moment but the weight is coming off and I'm doing c25k. I did NROLFW last year and can't wait to start back0

I've still got belly fat but it's shrinking slowly and steadily. My goal weight is 120lb but I might review that after another few pounds and concentrate more on lifting and maintaining.

I'm 5'2 and 134 lbs. Is that close enough? I started at 165 and am now down to 134 and hoping to ideally lose another 15 - 20 lbs, but then it is just a number on the scale. Please feel free to add me anyone.0

I am 5'3.5" and I used to be 145 lbs. This was when I was in 9th grade and back in 2005. I have never been that high since then. My highest recently was 135 lbs last Fall, of which I have lost. I'm down to 102-103 lbs now, which I know sounds low, but I eat 1900-2400 calories per day ( I am very active ) and I have a small frame. I even tried to gain 1 or 2 lbs back lol, but it isn't that easy unless I cut back my exercise.0

I was 144lbs about 5 years ago, made myself go on a diet. Since then weight has fluctuated between 119-134 (currently at 134, so I have set up an account here).
