I made the mistake of getting the Sourdough King from BK the other day... it just isn't as good after you've had it 5+ times, lol. I would do things for a good burger right about now!0

I eat processed meat substitutes and I eat fresh spinach arugala broccoli tomato celery carrots etc...and I eat chocolate covered fruit and frozen fruit smoothies...and I eat cheesecake fiber one (processed GASP) snackbars....and I eat lots of stuff. lol.
I am currently eating a Cinnamon Coffee Cake Fiber One bar! i love them, and the birthday cake and the cheesecake ones! These are only 90 calories so i might even have TWO!1 -

I'm mentally planning my after-competition meal. I need a restaurant that serves Freddy's Steakburgers and fries, with excellent margaritas and my favorite mexican restaurant's molcajete cookie dessert, all at the same restaurant.5

Also, giving foods a morality makes no sense. We are often taught "Good" foods vs "Bad' foods and to avoid the bad at all costs! But that is a bit ridiculous and can often backfire. Sure, there are foods that are healthier or more nutritious than others, but all or nothing attitudes rarely work when it comes to food. I think for most of us, that is unrealistic or even impossible to maintain. That doesn't mean we should live on only big macs and Krispy Kreme doughnuts, but it does mean we can have them on occasion. And not even a special one! But for some, and I have and sometimes still struggle with this, it can be hard to erase the guilt that society has ingrained in our heads and that mindset is what can destroy our goals. I try to aim for nutritious realism, eating a diet that fits my calorie and nutrition goals, which can and does include "unclean" eating sometimes. But every body is different. For some people, eating only clean and "good" foods is satisfactory and what works for them in the long run. You do you.2

I think, "Is it too soon to eat because I just ate?" needs to be added to this as well.
That's me all day at work.2 -
I eat whatever I want as long as it's within my calorie goal and my macros are more or less on point. Tonight, for example, I'm having chicken nachos and wine... light on the tortilla chips, heavy on the chicken! It fits, so whatevs.3

This is common, apparently. My little sister does the same thing. "Hey, bro. We should meet up for lunch". HAHA!

Yes, they are. She's the only sister I like.

Pick me! I could replace all of my junk food/fried food with fruits and veggies and it would all be rotten before I would eat them!1

(Although, on those rare* occasions when we do meet up for lunch, I always go in the expectation that we're going Dutch and he always claims the check.)
(*Rare because we live 250 miles apart.)

Same here - I feel unloved now! I have two much older brothers, and I think one of them bought me lunch once. ONCE! I guess I should have been hinting more forcefully for all those years.1 -
I don’t have any brothers!
Does my after-meet treat look “clean”?!?
A cookie baked in a molcajete, with toffee bits, white chocolate, pretzel bites and sea salt, topped with ice cream. And a margarita, finally!!!
Oh, and I had a “brunch burger” from some local place in Spokane Saturday night. Topped with bacon, a fried egg, cheese, and other stuff I can’t remember. And I still had almost 2 kilos to spare at weigh-ins Sunday morning.

I love fried egg on a burger! It's the ONLY thing I order from Red Robin. However, I DO NOT like the yolk runny. Barf. :sick:0 -
Feel free to add me then0

This morning I ate a portion of Kodiak Powercakes with peanut butter. Dirty dirty, no clean here.4

You inspired me @Boba_14626. I mixed half PB and half dark chocolate Kodiak mixes together, and topped with actual PB and syrup for breakfast this morning.2
