You mean I'm not balancing well? I did reach my daily calorie goal by lunch so I have that going for me.3 -

I need to find a long-lost Swiss relative to reconnect with...
I've got plenty of those to go around.
I'd happily transfer one or two, free of charge. Can't guarantee on the value of the merchandise though

Mmmm burgers. Haven't had a good burger in far too long. Me thinks me needs to call my brother and mention a trip to our favorite burger joint next week
Yes yes, I'm a typical little sister in that I allow myself to be invited by my lovely older brother
Also: fresh made onion rings... That alone should convince him2 -

The onion rings there are legendary. They pretty much ruined me for any others1 -
I made the mistake of getting the Sourdough King from BK the other day... it just isn't as good after you've had it 5+ times, lol. I would do things for a good burger right about now!0

I'm mentally planning my after-competition meal. I need a restaurant that serves Freddy's Steakburgers and fries, with excellent margaritas and my favorite mexican restaurant's molcajete cookie dessert, all at the same restaurant.5

Also, giving foods a morality makes no sense. We are often taught "Good" foods vs "Bad' foods and to avoid the bad at all costs! But that is a bit ridiculous and can often backfire. Sure, there are foods that are healthier or more nutritious than others, but all or nothing attitudes rarely work when it comes to food. I think for most of us, that is unrealistic or even impossible to maintain. That doesn't mean we should live on only big macs and Krispy Kreme doughnuts, but it does mean we can have them on occasion. And not even a special one! But for some, and I have and sometimes still struggle with this, it can be hard to erase the guilt that society has ingrained in our heads and that mindset is what can destroy our goals. I try to aim for nutritious realism, eating a diet that fits my calorie and nutrition goals, which can and does include "unclean" eating sometimes. But every body is different. For some people, eating only clean and "good" foods is satisfactory and what works for them in the long run. You do you.2
