c25k newbie

How far distance wise did you get on week 1 day 1? I only made it 1.555 miles and I'm looking to compare. Please and thanks!!

    Don't worry so much about what others are doing.

    Go at a pace such that you can complete the workouts in their entirety.

    If you feel like you can increase your pace, or that you need to decrease it, adjust accordingly.

    I lost 48 lbs last year and was a good ways through when I got pregnant and had to stop due to complications. I am very determined to get back down and start back NROLFW . Until then I'm doing C25K and I'm just wanting some fun comparisons. Ive never been a runner so I suspected slow times and I'm ok as long as I see improvements with the program :)
