Should I move on??
My first attempt at week 5 day 3 I failed. I had to walk like 5 minutes or more. I did a repeat tonight. I ran all of it except for 1 minute. Between my 17th minute and 18th I walked a brisk walk and then finished the rest at my run. So should I repeat one more time or just move on to week 6?

I just did week 5 day 3 of C25k and couldn't complete the 20 minutes without walking some. Given I was jogging at 4 mph and some of the walking I did also at 4 mph. I haven't had issues completing any of the previous days. I know I didn't drink enough water today so that probably played a role and I also made the mistake…

Week 4
Please tell me this gets easier! It hasn't been too rough but I did week 4 day 1 today and talk about kicking my *kitten*! I finished but it was a lot of will power. That last 5 jogging was tough. Ok, I just needed to vent to some people who would understand. Lol.

Almost finished with stage 1....
So this will be my last week of stage 1. I have made improvements on my strength but not so many inches lost and absolutely no weight lost. I've actually gained 1-2lbs. Is this normal? I kinda expected to lose some inches in stage 1.

So excited!
When I weighed myself this morning I found that I am finally in what is considered the normal weight range for my body size!! I have a normal BMI not over weight!!! I am so happy!

Calories burned?
Ok, I got a treadmill today. It does not have a heart monitor but it says I burned around 130 calories doing my mile while alternating between 2 and 6 miles per hour.
