Calories burned?

Ok, I got a treadmill today. It does not have a heart monitor but it says I burned around 130 calories doing my mile while alternating between 2 and 6 miles per hour. I am short so the higher speeds were a fast jog for me. My question is this : When I put my cardio into my fitness pal it only says I burnt around 95 calories. Which is more accurate? It isn't a major difference but once I build up endurance I plan on running and I would like as much accuracy as possible. I am 5'3 and 21 years old. Thanks for any thoughts & advice!

Personally I'd go with the lower amount. You might want to save up for a HRM w/chest strap (a Pyle Sports HRM cost about $26 on amazon.com).0

Yes I went with the lower amount but in the long run I don't want to hurt myself by eating too few of my calories back. & thanks that is probably the best thing I could do is get a heart rate monitor!0

There are many activity calculator online.
Seems like the truth would be more of an average of the two numbers which would be 112.0
