JFT ~ I will renew my commitment to watch what I eat today. I CAN TAKE CHARGE OF MY LIFE, even when I live with others who prepare dinner for everyone (part of the rent agreement). It is my choice what or how much I eat of what's provided.

    1. I will eat more fresh veggies and fruit
    2. I will go work out on the garage equipment
    3. I will go for a walk, if only to the corner and back, inflamed joints allowing.
    4. I will reach out to a friend today that I don't speak with regularly

    Thank you, @Joan6630

    2. Day 12 of Body Beast: REST :)
    3. Cardio workout - Fire 45, my favorite! :)

So, yesterday was supposed to be a rest day for Body Beast so I did that cardio workout. Not sure that was the best idea because now I don't get a day off for another six days. I probably shouldn't do that but it was SO FUN to do some cardio after all this lifting business.

    - I will keep to my calorie goal
    - I will be stricter to myself to get the marking done!
    - I will make sure that I have at least one moment where I sit back and just remember that life is precious and that it happens now.
