- Few minutes on my home exercise bike.
- Few minutes with home hand weights
- Continue the supermarket search for a healthy bread
- Drink more water
- Eat less sugar
- Go for a walk in the local area
The magic of writing it down.
Today could have turned into a 'stay in your pjs' lazy Sunday, but writing the above spurred me on and I achieved all of the above, passing the 10 000 steps target as well.

- 8 cups liquids/Monitor sodium intake.
- Go out walking with my daughters. They are treating me to lunch afterwards for my birthday. I am 70 next Wed.
- Visit grandchildren after lunch.

- 8 cups liquids/Monitor sodium intake.
- Prep for Creative Writing group at 10.30 am.
- Lunch with 10 ex colleagues.
- Prep for Library Poetry group at 6.30 pm.
- Attend RSPB AGM after poetry.

I did great yesterday. I hit all three of my goals. I was so close to my calorie limit though haha. 2 calories under.
So just for today::

1. Don't go over calorie goal tonight!
Well, I screwed Sunday up, entirely! I have really been struggling to stay at my calorie goals this month!
But....J4T Monday. ...
I am determined to...
1. Do at least 2 hours of exercise
2. Only eat exactly as planned.
3.. Stay UNDER my calorie goal.0 -

1. Day 3 of Body Beast - switching workouts to the Beast Cardio today since I have to do cardio later in the day and that won't work tomorrow

I did alright yesterday. I didn't experiment with new recipes yesterday, but I did this morning. Also went over carb goal yesterday. BUT I did get 17k steps.
