Ive been missing getting on here - I've had a ton of stuff on my plate lately. But today is the first day again, to take care of myself. So many have told me that you cannot change people, you can only change your attitude towards them. Dealing with a daughter with severe mental illness has been the most challenging thing I have ever had to do. I feel so helpless. But -- I cannot change that, only accept it, and take care of myself.
So even though I am late today in posting, this rest of today, I will take better care of myself. that is something I CAN control.

And @dovedavis - yes, many are still posting on here. I hope you will join us each day!
