1. Pre-log/follow through; 150+ minutes exercise, 210 minutes; 10000+ steps, 10210; 8 cups liquids.
2. Eat mindfully/use the 10 step satisfaction scale for hunger.
3. Prep for Patchwork group this morning.
4. Declutter summer t-shirts after lunch.
5. Do PP presentation for next Tuesday. Don't leave it until the last minute!

correction...I actually was under 100G carbs yesterday...had to go back and update a couple of things. Don't think that I am going to make it today though!0 -
- Few minutes on my home exercise bike
- Walk around a garden centre
- Cut grass if it doesn't rain
- Walk to an unexplored nearby nature reserve, to take photos
- Stay within calories target
