1. Pre-log/follow through; 100+ minutes exercise, 200+ minutes; 10000+ steps, 15737 steps; 8 cups liquids.
2. Eat mindfully/use the 10 step satisfaction scale for hunger.
3. Visit family after lunch.
4. Prep for Creative Writing group tomorrow.

Good morning! I had a good, on plan weekend... was lazy though & didn't post my J4T's here. And I find it easier/more tempting to go off plan if I don't post them here. I stayed on course, but I had moments were it was pretty close!! So back at posting every day!!
