Really sore today from the last two workouts.
1. Day 3 of Body Beast - switching workouts to the Beast Cardio today since I have to do cardio later in the day and that won't work tomorrow
2. Walk the dogs
3. Stay within calorie limits

JFT Thurs 21 April I have a much less busy day today!- Pre-log/follow through; 150+ minutes exercise, ; 10000+ steps
- 8 cups liquids/Monitor sodium intake.
- Go to Dancing group this morning.
- Work in the garden this afternoon.

I did alright yesterday. I didn't experiment with new recipes yesterday, but I did this morning. Also went over carb goal yesterday. BUT I did get 17k steps.

Did great all around yesterday. Today I am also planning to not eat any more after dinner. Here I sit, craving something sweet, but I'm not gonna do it!
