JFT ~ I will renew my commitment to watch what I eat today. I CAN TAKE CHARGE OF MY LIFE, even when I live with others who prepare dinner for everyone (part of the rent agreement). It is my choice what or how much I eat of what's provided.

    1. I will eat more fresh veggies and fruit
    2. I will go work out on the garage equipment
    3. I will go for a walk, if only to the corner and back, inflamed joints allowing.
    4. I will reach out to a friend today that I don't speak with regularly

    Thank you, @Joan6630

    1. Walk the dogs :)
    2. Day 12 of Body Beast: REST :)
    3. Cardio workout - Fire 45, my favorite! :)
    4. Stay within weight-loss calories o:)

So, yesterday was supposed to be a rest day for Body Beast so I did that cardio workout. Not sure that was the best idea because now I don't get a day off for another six days. I probably shouldn't do that but it was SO FUN to do some cardio after all this lifting business.

    JFT, 4/29/2016

    1. Walk the dogs
    2. Day 13 of Body Beast: Chest and Triceps
    3. Stay within weight-loss calories
    4. Get in 7-8k steps

    1. Do week 4 day 3 of C25k
    2. Stay within my calories for the day
    3. Keep my chin up. I just went through a breakup, so this week has been an emotional roller coaster.

    Today, I will:
    • Walk around the local area, taking more photos
    • Find a container to measure how much water I drink per day, for the 'May 2016 Daily Water Challenge'
    • Do a few minutes on my home exercise bike
    • Do a few minutes with my home hand weights
    • Drink more water
    • Keep within my calorie target

Got all but the marking done!

    1st May:
    - I will do a yoga session
    - I will keep to my calorie goal
    - I will be stricter to myself to get the marking done!
    - I will make sure that I have at least one moment where I sit back and just remember that life is precious and that it happens now.

    1. Walk at least 4 miles
    2. Stay within my calories
    3. Go grocery shopping, making sure to buy lots of veggies
