I usually weigh myself every 10-12 days, now that I am in lower numbers. It is nicer to see some movement for me, rather than just .3 or .4 oz...I want to see the big digits go down! :)

I get most frustrated when I'm eating something and can't find the proper nutrition. Most of the time this happens when I eat out of the house (which is usually once a day, so fairly often). That's when I need willpower the most, because logging everything I eat is definitely not in my nature. I couldn't do it without SHH!
