Uh no, I like fast food and junk food as well as the next foodie - but tracking, and keeping my diary open, keeps me in check. If I have an open diary, I enjoy having friends who reciprocate, too. I enjoy seeing what other people eat because it gives me ideas - not because I like to size myself up based on other's intake.

LOL. Definitely not something I would do on the treadmill. xD At times today it was hard to breathe, which got frustrating. I'd jump onto the side of the tread, clear my throat and take a sip but it kept happening. Annoying. I just didn't know if this was a common thing or what.

Looks like our goals are similar. If you'd like to friend me, I'd be happy to join your support group! I like dance, Zumba, crossfit, and I don't really like running - but I do it! I love eating, cooking, baking. I'm obsessed with food - which is why I'm here - to keep myself in check!

Trying for about 15. I'm 33, short with a very small frame. Fifteen pounds overweight looks big on me, especially on the waistline. If anyone would like to add me to their support group, I'm back on the wagon and ready to get there by April!
