  • I don't drink except on specialish occasions. The amount of calories it has is enough to keep me from doing it. Im having a hard enough tome coming to terms with the amount of calories that are in my coffee creamer.

  • but you could weigh the food, and then weigh the left overs..kinda like if you weigh a banana with a peel, then you go back and weigh the peel and take it off..
  • you would log the exact same way you would food. The juice still has calories, so you count everything you put in it..and it can add up. if you use the same combo you can save that and then just enter it as a whole next time
