Thank you :) if it wasn't for my boyfriend motivating me to be healthier, I'd be sitting on the couch eating flaming hot cheetos right about now lol!!

I really wasn't having much, about two sodas a day, but the headaches are horrid. I may try taking a caffeine pill with my other vitamins in the morning. Being a single mom and trying to finish my degree is not easy lol...plus having my own business and other family obligations. The only time I am able to do schoolwork is…

Thank you so much for this information! I just checked and, although it's only a 1-2-1, the 2 is very very deep! Will definitely look into this more!

Not to mention, it's hot here too in Arkansas and soooo humid, which is another reason why I'm waiting to start exercising. Besides, if you start off full force you risk hurting yourself, your metabolism, and you may not get good results like you want...if you start off slowly working your way up, you're likely to lose it…

I'm 23 and want to lose 50 lbs...how I'm starting since it's been so hard to me to stay on track is I'm just taking one step at a time by starting off just eating better (I've lost almost 15 lbs so far just doing that) and then once my losing rate slows down and I have my dieting down fairly well and I'm comfortable with…

Even french fries I'd rather them be plain now if I have them (as a teenager, my friends used to say "looks like it's snowing in fryville" or "would you…

I've learned from previous tries at dieting that I have to be more strict with myself so instead of a free DAY, I get a free MEAL every two weeks where I pick ONE meal and just eat whatever I want. Last week my mom made chicken and noodles and I had two plates full of pretty much just pasta...and I had two Dr. Pepper's…

I do sometimes. Especially when I know that a meal that day is going to be big (like a family cook out or something) that way I'll know what I can have for the other meals to stay within that 1200 cals...also, I'm less likely to grab the extra Dr. Pepper if I know I don't have the extra cals and carbs to spare.

You know I'm with ya! I'm 5'3" and have 53 pounds to go! I'm breastfeeding so it's going fast here this first two weeks, but I expect it to slow down soon, then I'll start a little exercise. Keep up the good work!!!
