  • Hello everybody on JUDDD. I have lost 16lbs in 16 weeks on 600/1200 but have hit a plateeau at 181lbs for 2 weeks now. Any suggestions? Can't exercise, only light housework and shopping trips as have bad back & thyroid probs.Should I increase my UD cals?:brokenheart:
  • If you are elderly (77) and somewhat disabled, exercise is out of the question. I do try to keep my legs and toes wiggling in my chair and hobble around the house as much as possible, but have lost only 16lbs in 4 months at less than 12oo cals daily.
