  • In one year I went from 153lbs to 112lbs, so 41lbs, then in the span of two years I gained it all back PLUS 20 more. I started working out and eating better just a few weeks ago on Sept 2, after a trip to the dr, who was concerned with my weight as much as I was, and since then I have lost 9lbs. I Have a LONG way to go lol…
  • For level 1, my HRM usually gives me between 160-190 calories. I'm closer to the end of level one now (I should be done but I had an injury and had to stop for a while so I started it all over) My first 2 days though my HRM gave me in the 160's the last few were around 185-190 though because I was pushing myself harder.
  • If you can give yourself more exercise that would def help! (but if what I know about thyroid removal is true, it will def slow your weight loss down, so don't be too hard on yourself when its not your fault) Maybe just get in a 30 minute walk in the morning before work or after work if that is when you have more time.…
  • I wanna know too lol I have had 2 kids, one by C-section & I feel like no matter how much weight I lose, I always have that loose saggy skin BLECK!
  • Oh yeah scrubbing floors and stuff is a total workout! I have a friend who got a job as a maid in a hotel & she lost 15lbs in the first month she worked there, just by vaccinating, scrubbing bathrooms, washing linens etc. She had like 20 rooms a day! Maybe I need a job like that LOL!
  • I'm sorry, I hope I did not offend anyone. It was just a general question of curiosity. If logging these activities works for some people, then that's terrific. Everyone is here for the same reason & my intent was not to be unsupportive or anything, just curious as to who logs them & if it makes a difference for them, I…
  • I'm just wondering if I have been doing it wrong lol! I mean I guess there really is no right or wrong for this since everyone has different goals, bodies & amount of exercise their capable of doing. Just trying to see what most people are tracking, because everything technically burns calories, breathing, sleeping, eating…
  • I did it about a year ago, but not for very long. Only about 2 months & lost 7lbs. I just always felt hungry & like I was on a diet. for me personally, using myfitnesspal has been much easier & I am not nearly as hungry as I was when I tried WW. Certain things work better for certain people. I have friends who love WW & it…

  • LOL Olive garden does have nutrition info http://www.olivegarden.com/menus/garden_fare/nutrition_information.asp And yes their stuff is pretty fattening, but it is so tasty haha! There are a few things on there that are not too terrible though!
  • Thanks! I have been checking it every 2-3 minutes! I don't know if I am doing it too much or not enough lol! Also in the profile function, is there a way to input your weight? I have my age & sex in there, but wasn't sure if I just wasn't seeing the weight section or if it is not there.
  • You look fantastic!!!!
  • Good question, between MFP, the gym machines & my HRM watch I ALWAYS get different numbers. Most of the time I just take the one somewhere in the middle lol!

  • It's True, we are friends in real life, she is always walking around with a thermos of water & peeing like every 5 minutes LOL!
  • First I am sorry your 1yr old is still waking up that many times a night! You must be exhausted! Maybe read a book or watch some tv while you are awake? Or do some exercise haha, jog in place or something until she finishes her bottle and you can go back to sleep!
  • Thanks! I figured the HRM would be most accurate, but a lot of stuff I am reading says their not accurate either lol, ugh this is making me so mad haha! I really hope the HRM is accurate because its giving me the higher number of calories burned haha! I know nothing will be exact, but just trying to figure which one is way…
