  • plain greek yoghurt is the only yoghurt I eat - tastes good with fruit, tastes good in smoothies, tastes good on curries and tastes good on its own! and so good for you compared to regular (and sweetened, eww) yoghurt.
  • The natural sugar in fruit is fine. It dismays me to see people being put off certain fruits or fruit altogether due to the 'high sugar content' when fresh fruit is one of the healthiest things you can eat, and it should play a big part in your diet!
  • Having had type 1 diabetes since I was 8 years old (I'm now 20), keeping a steady low sugar and low GI diet coupled with regular exercise is the only true way to keep my health in check. it sure makes diabetic life a hell of a lot easier, and helps my figure too!
