  • Seriously, that's what goodwill is for, to get you through then in between sizes till u can wear your old designer clothes.
  • I've had four pregnancies. Only the first one really did me in as far as stretch marks. I have them from my rib cage to my pubic bone. The worst of them being below my belly button. The skin is thin even wrinkly just above my pubic bone. Also my rectus abdominus over stretched and has not returned entirely to normal. Even…
  • If you are only 2.5 weeks pp then I wouldn't worry. It will take up to three months for all your "parts" to go back in place. Google it, i think it takes up to six weeks for the uterus to go back to its original size. Just give it time.
  • Lol. I've got three but the stretch marks would keep me from ever showing ff my belly again. :(
  • This sounds great! I have already been avoiding sugar, but I had a few things processed (do tortilla chps count, lol). We need some one motivated to set so parameters and post up some mini-challenges or something. I'm going on vacation next week this may be tough. I'm already planning on key lime pie one night and cake at…

  • I CD'd full time with number 1, part time with number 2 and rarely with number 3. It's a great idea but I've hit my limit on things I can do in a day. Plus, I didn't like that my kids always smelled like pee because no matter what I tried and I tried a lot I couldn't get the stink out. The only ones that didn't stink where…
  • Try upping your calories, healthy choices of course, lol. You should aim for no less than 1800 calories (although it sometimes seems hard to find the time to eat). I've read a pound a week is safe but it is hard not take advantage of this weight loss opportunity.
  • I'm 5' 4"' and was 134 lbs. (just got back from vacation and a few lbs up from 130 goal, lol) when I found out I was pregnant. I weighed 176 at my last midwife appt prior to birth (46lbs). Four weeks postpartum I was 156. If I don't drink and eat ENOUGH my weight stalls. If you are breast feeding and trying to lose you…
  • Hi I'm a mom of 3, ages 6, 2 and 2 months. Add me as a friend. I EBF all my darlings and a FTM too.
  • The amount of milk your baby drinks increases between 3 and 4 mths. Prehaps you hit a plateau because you aren't eating enough. You may consider adding more calories to see if this helps you scale move in the right direction. You can manually change the calories on the website. Click my home>goals>custom. You may also want…
  • How many calories are you consuming? Are you still taking your prenatals? Are you drinking approx 2-3 qts of water a day? Is your diet mostly whole foods? How active are you? All these can play into weight-loss... My lil one is 9wo today. I lost all the weight and then some after my last, I'm hoping for an encore but it is…
