I am exercising regularly for the first time in my life.....I work out nearly every day..for at least half an hour...some days I go to curves then come home and do my elliptical....I am counting calories...well I was...I am again I will say lol....I have such a long way to go I dont think starting with a 50 pound goal…

could have been water weight especially if you werent trying to get rid of it....the best thing to do when you go to a family...is HAVE A PLAN....eat something before you go over..something that is just below your allowed amount...maybe enough room for dessert...or enoough for the snacks that get passed around....Involve…
