Oh please people give some advice! I am sooo glad you asked. I am in the same boat with a 6yr old, 3 yr old and 5 month old all i want to do is sleep! I was doing so well with working out in the evening but now that it is dark at 5pm i have such a hard time getting out after the kids are in bed.
