Also, it takes an hour because they are distracting you. Get pissed and use that anger in the gym and to eat your meals. Plan elsewwere & when they wonder what you are up to politely decline including them.....you will see a change in no time. :)

Yes you will Definately loose weight! But to make your loss more effective. A calorie is not always a calorie. The more health foods you choose, the more weight you will loose because you are likely able to fast for longer periods of time because your body has the right nutrients. Definately don't go below 1500 because then you are ripping yourself off basically. Your weight will probably fall off at this level very very fast. But I would customize your calories to your needs so at the end of the day you feel like you achieved your personal goals. Good luck. :)

Boys like girls & women with a body, that is what I have been reminding myself. Lately I haven't been turning heads.........when I was like even 5 or 10lbs heavier I was more myself. Kinda missing running away from dirty old men. lol.

She's right about the calories. Log in everyday and make sure your hitting the target! Don't forget beverages, snacks, ect.... Keep working hard and being motivated. Pills are good if you are stuck just to reach a short term goal. Good Luck!
