You should really drop your carb intake and increase your protein (100g is to low). A good place to start is about 50% carb / 30% protein / 20% fat. From there you can adjust. Especially if you are working out, lifting weights etc, you are going to be losing muscle mass quickly.

your problem is you have slowed your metabolism down way too much. Speed that bad boy up again (eat 4-6 meals / day, meet your min. caloric intake, and do cardio)

right off the bat you are eating too much protein. Its 1g protein/lb LEAN body mass... NOT total. For example: @150 lbs and 20% BF you would be taking in 120g Protein (150 * 0.80 = 120g) Make sure you are taking in quality carb/fat sources.
