I had a cheat day on Friday.. and logged it. Just didn't put what it was in my diary. I don't plan on splurging every week. I do have a weakness for beer.. and when I hit my 20lbs I think I am going to go to Bw3S. I I am off to make a sandwich. :) Jane

I think my son is really worried about it. He is 15 and has a life threatening kidney disease. He told me that if a major apocolyptic event happened and he couldn't get his medicine, he would take one a gun and kil himself at the sand pits so he wouldn't suffer. That really made me sad. I am... a bit. different. I guess my big weight loss help was 1. Chicken Paws = Chicken Feet 2. Please check your gym membership.. who knows.... u may be able to zumba without any additional cost. Jane

oh... and here in nh, they sell chicken feet. (honest to God). The store, called Hannafords calls them "Chicken Paws".. I am gonna take a pic and post it. Jane

I am a morning library person (unless I am nerve wracked). Increase in veggies and fruits can stop one up, if one isn't drinking enough fluid. I bet when you do go.... it will be the kind that you get on the scale after! Jane

I have a white pit too named Bentley. I don't see why anyone would gripe at you for posting his pic on here. He looks like Mr. PERMMUCH! Give the man some mousse! He's got to be insecure about "something". Have a great day and hugs! Jane
