I'm the poster child for this thread. LOL. I starting spin in 2009. First time I had ever done a group ex class. I fell in love and quickly lost 40lbs. Cut to...I am now a spin, Bodypump, Bodycombat, Bodyjam, Bodyflow instructor and a 200hr certified yoga teacher. Spin changed my LIFE! I still teach it 3 times a week and…

I love this stuff. Gotta let it thaw for about 15 minutes. It's not gonna be like straight up ICE CREAM...but yo...it's 150 calories and close. It's good when you need to curl up with a pint.

How DARE you call them MAN pushups. Amazing job!

You're eating the calories, but they aren't working for you. You need more bang for your buck big time. Lots of carbs and sugars going on there. I would cut back on the fruit and TOTALLY get rid of the fruit juice...those are empty calories. Fit a lot more protein and veg in there and you will be more full...and it will…

I actually use a tablespoon and put in some half and half. A lot less sugar/carbs in half and half than milk and a little goes a long way!

Hahaha. NO! My period has been gone so long I would be showing by now. LOL. It all came on after the NOLA trip. No babies!

As INSANE as this sounds, I taught/had to take 4 classes yesterday and I cut back my carbs a bit...and I was hoping as a motivator I would see even an ounce difference. Even if it was water. Exactly the same. I know....it was a day....that's bananas to be annoyed....but it is the same weight for a week of tons of exercise…

I have a couple of things going on....my body is unfortunately used to this crazy amount of activity...and I think my hormones are wack. I should be losing at 16-1700 calories when working out 2-3 times a day...but I haven't had a period in almost 150 days so there may be some other stuff at play here. I'm going to pull…

waist is up an inch. Didn't have the gall to check my hips. I can see in the mirror. There is width. LOL. And less definition.

Haha. Yo, I would be 500 pounds. I was maintaining, but maintaining 6 pounds lighter.....but I'm always still at a deficit...so I gotta go back into full diet/low cal mode?

I so could have written this post. I have been on MFP since 2009 almost consistently (ticker is lower as I forgot a DAY at the holidays...bummer. LOL) But it's a constant tally in my mind at all times. I weight the same as I did when I originally lost the 40. I know I know how to eat right. I just can't let go. My fitbit…

Awww, honey. On one hand, my hat is off to you for opening your diary and actually logging that food. That takes accountability and guts, so good on you. On the other hand, that is ummm....well.....not a good diary of food. None of it looks like the diet of someone trying to lose weight. Huge McDonald's breakfasts and…

Something that hasn't been mentioned here....are you properly weighing/counting your calories? Cheat days? I found that before if I eye balled or loosely used measuring cups that I was eating a few 100 more calories a day than I had anticipated. I had also still kept on going a little over on weekends, and my usually large…

I'm a Quest girl. Most protein bars have tons of sugar and can be pretty high in carbs. I find Quest the tastiest and with 1 gram of sugar....nicely done.
-
This hasn't happened to anyone else?:frown:

I agree. This was just a 6 pound drop. One that has never happened before, and stayed for a few days. I fluctuate a pound or so...but this was totally random and dramatic,

Ahahahaha. Well played. AWESOME JOB!

Here is the thing....when you finish getting "started" with Slimfast...your kids and dogs will still be there. The time limit will still be there. So you will have to eat real food....along with having kids and dogs. So why not start that now, and figure out what works? Slimfast is full of…

Meat! Cheese. greek yogurt. protein powder shake. Quest bar. I'm always over on protein. Add some bacon and eggs to breakfast. Have a protein shake/quest bar if you need a snack on the go. cheese sticks. hard boiled eggs....protein is super easy once it's part of your routine! :-)

Amazing progress!!!

Did you mean 1400?

LOVE IT! Love the wedding dress, love the Duck Tales, love the tats....LOVE IT ALL. WELL DONE!

I can calorie slash ANY salad at a restaurant. LOL. It's a hobby. I will ask for no cheese or nuts and then I bring my own red wine vinegar to the restaurant OR ask for oil/vinegar on the side. That way I end up with the protein and veggies...hopefully some egg or avocado for fats...and sometimes I'll ask for the cheese…

Quest bars can't get the discount! WAH!!!!
