Built Bars. Covered in real chocolate and 110 calories. I'm so obsessed that I applied to be an ambassador. I put mine in the fridge. It's like a flipping candy bar.

I have been a group fitness instructor since 2010. I used to teach BP. A LOT. Haha! I absolutely love being an instructor. It keeps you accountable and in shape...free gym membership....etc....but changing people's lives and helping them on their journey is incredible. Les Mills was fine to start out with, as I grew as an…

Depends on what I'm doing. LOL. I have Adidas Ultraboost for running, Reebok Nanos for lifting, and APLs for training/studio/classes.

what do you typically do at the gym?

i like the no salt as it's so high in sodium. I add french vanilla stevia drops, lots of cinnamon, and strawberries.

I just found Smart Cakes and Thin Slim/Linda's Delites. The Thin Slim products are AWESOME if you like bready stuff but don't want all the carbs.
-
I love Thin Slim bread. Pricey but delicious.

OMG I love this so much. I have so many members that get suckered by advertising and buzz words. They never check their calories. They add more exercise and think that if they add kale or chia seeds to their diet that they will lose weight. UGH.

I will listen to this today, thank you! I guess by "feeling" my best, I mean looking a way that makes me feel confident in front of a camera. I hear what you're saying though. My club has a cortisol test that I wanted to take but it is unavailable in the state of Maryland. So frustrating. Thank you for all the advice!

Thanks for the responses everyone. I was asked last month to be an ambassador for Lululemon and have a photo shoot coming up in the next month. The timing of all this is frustrating as I want to "diet" and feel my best, but I also have a bigger issue at hand that needs to be addressed.

This was a mask in a dark room test. I don’t think I’m 17% either. That pic IS a few years old. My bathroom scale says 24% so I’m probably somewhere in the middle. I probably on average workout 2 hours most days 6 days a week. Weights and cardio.

Chick-fil-A is my jam! Grilled nuggets, superfood side and a diet lemonade.

Yes! And I'm a coach!

I bring a bag of jello bites. Haha. I'll get a large Coke Zero as my splurge.

Peanut butter anything. All the peanut butter. Chocolate. Especially chocolate with peanut butter. Baked goods. Peanut butter.

I am a head trainer for OTF and am running a page for my team. They are all losing weight after only one week. I've got you!

sugar free jello with whip cream on top.

Cheat days can undo an entire week of workouts...which would be infuriating. I usually have one meal on the weekend that is something I wouldn't normally have. Keeps me honest during the week. I fit chocolate etc into my day to day....but something like Thai food? Once a week.

It's the bane of my existence. My kids love PB sandwiches so we always have it in he house. Multiple brands....it's one of my favorite things. Probably eat 200 calories a day in PB.
-
I just tried the new Fitjoy protein bar in birthday cake.....umm....yeah. That was amazing. And has sprinkles.
-
Baked goods times a million. Birthday cake? Forget about it. PB is my friend and foe. Stacey's PITA chips for me too! Can't have them in the house.
-
Food lion jello cubes!
-
Welp.....

Yes. My scale just chills on my counter. Folks, I'd weigh prepackaged foods. It's an estimate and many times can be a TON more calories than it says on the box.
-
Peanut butter. Chocolate. Baked goods.

Biking is extremely low impact. Usually the first thing doctors tell their knee patients to do. Rowing is amazing. Totally low impact while working 9 major muscle groups.
