    I prefer a smallish breakfast, and the texture is much better than a protein bar.

    Every morning I have P28 bread (obsessed), 4 egg whites, two pieces of low sodium bacon and I alternate buff bake spreads. Right now cinnamon raisin...favorite....rocky road! almond cream tbs for coffee

    Chocolate shakeology mixed with water & ice - 160 cals :) I'm not a huge breakfast person. I usually have a big lunch. (Today was taco soup from the He & She Eats Clean recipe!)

    I've been trying to eat more protein for breakfast, but today i was really craving cereal. Unfortunately we were out of milk. But i made do. Multi grain Cheerios, unsweetened almond milk, jaggery, chocolate chips. 234 calories. Not bad considering the unsweetened milk. :tongue:

    A container of Greek Light & Fit yogurt with around 1/4 cup of Kashi Go Lean crunch mixed in, a cup of coffee with creamer. I will have one more cup of coffee. That's 200 calories.
