Breakfast was a serving of Frosted Mini Wheats, a half cup of Almond Milk, and a 2 scoop protein shake after my workout. Mid-Morning was a 350 cal Sausage Egg and Cheese Muffin made with a low calorie muffin, turkey sausage, a large egg, half a tbsp of land-o-lakes butter (to fry the egg and sausage patty), and a slice of American cheese. Yum.0
