PB Sandwich. Busy morning, luckily I have a jar of PB and a few pieces of reduced calorie bread at work.

2 scrambled eggs, 4 small slices of deli ham, and a slice of swiss cheese rolled up in one of the crepes I made last night. 440 calories.
In about another hour I'm having my mid-morning snack of 7 oz (cooked) of steel-cut oats with a tablespoon of Kerry Gold Irish butter and a tablespoon of brown sugar. 310 cals.1 -

Overnight oats - oats, low fat vanilla yogurt and a handful of frozen raspberries. It tasted like raspberry cheesecake, it was amazing! Made it out to be 279 calories.1

Funky Monkey Baked Oatmeal from budgetbytes. Oats, one egg, milk, peanut butter, banana, chocolate chips, coconut for approximately 360 cals a serving. I added walnuts for some crunch. Batch cooked, heated in the microwave and I eat with 1/2 cup milk.1

I started the morning with a large coffee with 2 splenda from Tim Hortons that my wife had waiting for me when I woke up (she is the best!!). After that I had an Aldi brand Gluten Free wrap with sliced ham, a slice jalapeno cheese, cherry tomatoes, romaine lettuce and vlasic sriracha topper. Then I had a second cup of coffee (this time black) that I made at home in my K-Cup coffee maker.
It was around 225 calories.0 -
