    Coconut chobani yogurt with a little kashi go lean for crunch and a couple of pieces of diced up dried mango. 190 calories plus 60 calories from the 2% milk I put in my 2 cups of coffee.

    Yesterday's breakfast was delicious and kept me satisfied until lunch, so I'm doing it again!

    Overnight oats, blueberries, sliced almonds, a pinch each of Truvia and salt. Plus black coffee.

    I fixed a little sandwich of 2 slices of homemade wheat bread, 66 grams, with one egg, 1 slice of bacon, and 2 g Sriracha sauce. I also have had a protein shake of 4 oz kefir and 50 g protein powder, along with ice and water all blended together.

    2 scrambled eggs, 4 small slices of deli ham, and a slice of swiss cheese rolled up in one of the crepes I made last night. 440 calories.

    In about another hour I'm having my mid-morning snack of 7 oz (cooked) of steel-cut oats with a tablespoon of Kerry Gold Irish butter and a tablespoon of brown sugar. 310 cals.

    A cup of black&green tea, with heavy a dash of heavy whipping cream, Stonybrook Farm full fat plain Greek style yoghurt, with a tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder, a dash of vanilla essence, and a large handful of mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, hazelnuts) - I am chock full and only 366 calories.
