are u using a mobile or internet tablet? sometimes it doesnt work for me if im using my phone or ipad. besides it cut half the pic off so your not missing much lol x

we do have a womens only area of the gym (its like a small room with one of every machine in there and then some cardio machines) that too has a 'girlie' section with handweights. so do you think il be alright in there until i build up my confidence?

sorry i ment to add in there that i do log alcohol ... i very rarely drink so those calories are always accounted for. I guess the main thing i dont log is tea/coffee or diet drinks (although i rarely drink pop too) hmmm guess i should start logging them lol

i started at 250lbs im now 191lbs ... no pics yet as im not ready to share them (guess ive not accepted that yet, im working on it) still got another 50lbs to go (a LONG way) but i take it in 10lb incriments and slowly im getting there Good luck :D

OMG how gorgeous! i have a 9 month old Lhasa Apso and hes is my best pal ever! he too comes every were with me apart from work and bed and for such a little dog he comes running/walking with me and loves every minute! If i new how to post pics i would show you all him :)

Not really much of an answer but i would love to hear some more ideas. Me and my other half 'get by' but fell into the stupidity of using pay day loans when we were so broke :( im hoping to get out of that cycle this month and really work hard to make our wages last a full month. I have actually done this 3 day diet and i dropped 9lbs BUT gained 2 back. So i guess i lost 7lbs for good. Aparently its the chemical balances in the food that make the weight drop. I do how ever think that these sort of diets should never be used on a permanant basis, i used it 3 days before my sisters wedding for that…

agreed you need to make the time to exercise ... if you really want to you will find the time .. home dvd's are great for exercising around times that suit you. Personally im better in a gym but its what ever works for you :)

Do for eg if my gym seshion is 90 mins I should do 45 mins my usual treadmill and cross trainer and the other 45 on strength training? I'm not kean on dvds as I find I don't do them at home, I'm better in a gym. Will definately look into free weights/getting help at the gym thanks guys :-)

Ok I'm a little worried now. We were out 30 mins and I jog really slow more like a fast walk. My little guy was amazing and I walked half tne way too to make sure I didn't over work him. When he tired we had a little break or slowed down, will I have hurt it him that's the last thing I want to do. I wiill call my vet…

Did this a few months ago, helped me lose 4 stone, thought I could go on without it but seen as I gained 10lbs I guess I wasn't ready. So I'm back again with 3st10lbs to lose. Its a brillient site good luck xx
