Google the 8 week blood sugar diet .... he's promoting this and been quite successful by all accounts. I think I'm going to cut the carbs but keep up with the calories.

I'm doing the blood sugar diet which is the same man that did the 5:2 plan .... it's basic principles is meaditerrainian style food , no pasta, rice, wheat, sugar. You do 8 weeks at 800 cals a day and then increase your cals to eat to appetite afterwards

I think it's because I'm also exercising. I've used myfitnesspal before and lost 7 stone but 2 kids later and no thyroid I thought I would give it a shot. I think maybe your right I should do 2 days of fasting and 5 days of maybe 1200 ? X

Hey, I've also recently just had my 2nd child (he's 13 weeks now) and have roughly the same amount of weight to lose as you. Ive also been here before and lost 8 stone the 1st time round if you want to add me feel free, my diary is always open x

Also been here many times.... I originally lost 8 stone but I'm back as after maintaining for a year I've gained 4 stone back, my diary is open if you want to add me as a friend :-)

if anything it has made me and my partner stronger. I am alot more confident in myself and he fully supports me in this.

hI, was diagnosed with PCOS and ENDO last year. Ive found that losing 50lbs so far has made my cycle more regular but not by a long shot 'normal' i still have a way to go but i do not take anything from the dr. i also suffer really bad body hair and this by far is the thing that bothers me the most :(

hey :) Yes i would definatelty reccomend some sort of strength training ... i also did the 30DS and it did shift the lbs but didnt tighted/tone enough. Cardio burns your fat strength training defines your muscle. Im currently in a plateau ... so im swopping and changing my eating habbits/workouts but feel free to add me…

i started out at a 24/26 and i am currently conftable at a 16/18 ... i can fit into 14's but its just not comftable to me (i like room to move lol) feel free to add me i still have 50lbs to go and want to be a comftable size 12ish (not really made my mind up yet haha!)

HI :) Im 23 5ft 4.5inch .. 191lbs (87kg) and i too have PCOS. There is a link between us having this and the weight loss, my Dr says its due to insulin levels and hormone in balance (im in the uk) although personally i too believe there is a link. Feel free to add me ... we can do it together!

i basicly googled BMR calculator after seeing a post on the forums and then used it to work mine out, i havent mixed how ive worked it out as ive only just discovered it today. i got 2608 by using the benedict equation based on my activity level .... im guessing this is correct? Thanks for the links guys il go check them…

i always try my hardest not to eat back my exercise cals but 1200 cals a day is killing me :( not only am i getting board of eating the same things im also hungry ALL the time. I have tried upping my protein to keep me fuller but its having little effect. i think 1600 cals is a lot of calories ... would i lose on that? i…
