I have my printouts from the scales since I began my weight loss kick ! Just wondering ... Should I put in I do 20mins of exercise in my [mfp] goals if I'm then adding exercise as I do it ? [and so eating back] or put in zero, then add the exercise as i go ? in the beginning it was working the first way

I've done it a few times, once for 30days, sometimes I had a break after 6, sometimes I doubled up, and I've done odd levels with other workouts too I lost weight and inches and started to look more defined I'm doing body revolution atm, but still shred now & then too

Was going to do this workout, but I don't have NO MORE TROUBLE ZONES what does anyone suggest instead, also an hour is a long workout Admittedly I do sometimes do 2 levels of 30DS in one go, but I work split shifts and don't always have the time [or I'm tired]

Still managed to lose, about a Lb % half, despite the odd choc & beers :) {tis Xmas]

I eat what I want, as long as I'm within my calories, even the odd mini choc [it is Xmas after all] I know I can have 2 or 3 before it blows my sugar !! and it seems to be working, I've lost 9lbs up to now, including 1 & 1/2 over Xmas week I shred 6 times a week so I can eat those calories too

I've done this once, and do it randomly in between ripped in 30 [which I'm only halfway through] I was going to do the slim down, but I'll join in with this as it's my favourite workout :)

Hi, I'm an older mum, work full time in care [split shifts] and have very little time for me, but do try to shred daily and pole once a week Almost finished 30dayshred and have lost 5lb in that time :)
